Jason lives in Loudoun County Virginia with his wife and two boys. He's a native Washingtonian and holds a degree in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Lily is the Administrative Director of Pitts Private Wealth Management. She has an AS in business and has over 30 years of experience in customer relations, sales, and administrative management. She is a native of The Bronx, NYC and now resides in Loudoun County, Virginia with her husband, Carlos.

Lily is a cancer survivor and continuously does volunteer work for the cancer society and her church.
